Discovering the Greek Islands One by One

Greek Islands | Kos

Kos is one of Greece’s best known islands, and it’s not hard to see why. The island is full of nature and beautiful forests, as well as beautiful beaches. The beaches on the south side of the island are particularly breathtaking – you’ll find golden beaches and crystal waters.

The island is also known for its architecture, a mixture of Venetian and Ottoman styles. The combination of beautiful nature and impressive architecture makes Kos a very popular travel destination, so some places might be quite crowded, but there are still places where you can find some peace and quiet off the beaten track.
