Rothenburg ob der Tauber is a town in Bavaria, Germany. It is known for its well-preserved medieval old town. I walked past the Chrsitmas market and visited the Christmas museum.
In Amsterdam

During my weekend in Amsterdam the yearly arrival of Sinterklaas and his black helpers the ‘Zwarte Pieten’ is celebrated. I also visit some of the many musuems in the city, like the impressive Anne Frank House.
In Madrid

My friend is kind to take me around on his scooter to sample typical Madrid fare. He later points me in the direction of the newly opened cultural center CaixaForum.
In Bayonne

I would be visiting the French side of Basque country. In Bayonne I went to the ethnographic museum in the historic city centre. Later a friend took me to Biarritz, the surfing spot in Europe.

In Krakow

Krakow is the next stop on my Eurail trip. This Polish city has wonderful medieval remains.
Budapest to Bojnice Castle

During my Eurail trip I want to visit both big cities and smaller towns. Today I travel by train to Prievidza in Slovakia, which hosts a big event in the musuem castle.
