Barcelona – Montpelier – Geneva – Bern

WonderlampTrain Tip:
Barcelona Franca StationDeparting from Barcelona’s Franca Station is much easier than departing from Barcelona Sants station. At Sants, you can expect to wait in lines if you are buying a ticket or seat reservation.

They have special “Departure Today,” (Venta Hoy) windows, but even these have lines. If departing from Sants, it’s important to buy your ticket or seat reservation at least a day beforehand. But I have never seen much of a line at Barcelona’s Franca station. I have always been safe arriving shortly before my departure time at Franca and buying a seat reservation on the spot.
